Embark on a transformative journey with Reverend Freddie Kluth in this 9-week online writing class, where we explore the Chakras through guided meditation, insightful instruction, and expressive writing exercises. Each Chakra not only represents an energy field within the body but also mirrors crucial stages of psychosocial development according to Erik Erikson's theory.
The human body houses seven chakras, energy fields that encapsulate our human consciousness. This course invites you to tap into the stories held within these chakras, unraveling both past and present narratives. By aligning each Chakra with Erikson's psychosocial stages, we aim to unlock our potential and remove barriers hindering a more actualized life. Exploring each Chakra provides profound insights into our chosen path during our time on this planet.
You will be guided through each Chakra, unravel hidden stories and mysteries stored within the energy fields of our bodies. Every week, you'll receive a writing assignment, diving deeply into the developmental stages represented by each energy vortex.
Anger Resolution
In this 6 week group workshop, you will learn the basics of how to come to terms with your anger, what is the hidden purpose of our anger and techniques and tools on how to not only manage anger but how to harness it so instead of being a destructive force, it can become an ally.
There is a lot to be angry about in this world and if we can understand what our anger is trying to tell us, what parts of ourselves have been neglected or banished, we can learn how to give aspects of ourselves the love and attention that we need that help us to live lives that are joyful, clear and purposeful.
This workshop will teach healthy ways to communicate our feelings, how to identify the root causes of our anger and some practices that allow us to identify and process our feelings before they explode.

Soul Technologies: Collage Workshop
In this one day workshop, you will be guided to connect to your inner soul essence and identify and clear any boundaries, beliefs or blocks that may be believe are holding you back from stepping forward on your path. Once identified, each participant will use collage elements to create an image of your transformed state.
This fun, interactive creative course will guide each person on the basics of how to connect with your spirit, gather information and create artwork that can serve as a guide and a talisman in your every day life.
